Shipping
Orders will ship within one business day. Whenever possible, we will ship orders the same business day.
You will not be billed until the order ships.

International - Shipping
International shipping times vary greatly, but please allow at least 30 days for an international order to
arrive. While many orders arrive within 10-15 days. It is not uncommon for them to require 30 days.

International - Combined Shipping
When ordering expansion packs or other lightweight items, often excess shipping is charged. Our
shipping settings do not allow us to resolve this issue. In these cases, our policy is to refund the excess
amount minus handling and fees. As of November 2020 international shipping & handling for most of our
items is approximately $20.00-$25.00 USD.


Returns
All our products include a 30 day return policy. All returns must include the original packaging. Unless KMS²
is at fault such as a defect or shipping error, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

International or premium shipping charges will not be refunded unless an error by KMS² is responsible for
the return. You must contact us to receive approval prior to returning the item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will issue a refund. If there is damage due to mishandling,
we reserve the right to deduct up to a 50% restocking fee.

Note: A restocking fee will only be charged in cases where the product was clearly abused and not returned
in good faith. Put simply, we understand an installed product won’t come back perfect, but if it is clear that the
item was broken due to negligence, this fee may apply.
 
Policy
All of our lighting products include a lifetime warranty for the original owner against manufacturer defects.
Other products, such as power supplies and switches are warrantied for a period of 60 days from the date
of purchase.

In order to file a warranty claim, we require your order number. Without this information we will be unable
to fulfill your warranty request.

Process
If your light is already installed; do not remove it until requested to do so. Using our contact page; provide
the requested information.

We will contact you at the provided email within one business day with instructions on the next steps.
Our goal is to make this process as painless as possible. However, we will need to determine the
cause of the failure to ensure our manufacturing process is maintaining the quality standards that
we demand.
 
Note: Removal of the light prior to contacting us does not void the warranty. Often the issue isn't related to
the LEDs and removal is unnecessary. LED failure due to defects is extremely rare with our lights.
