SHIPPING AND RETURNS:

Shipping
Orders will ship within one business day. Whenever possible, we will ship orders the same business day. You will not be billed until the order ships.

International - Shipping
International shipping times vary greatly, but please allow at least 30 days for an international order to arrive. While many orders arrive within 10-15 days. It is not uncommon for them to require 30-45 days especially during peak seasons.

Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If a shipment is returned due not being picked up or other issue outside the control of KMS². The shipping charges will not be refunded. When we receive the item back the item's cost will be refunded.

Important: When the order ships, you will received an email with the tracking number. It is strongly recommended that the customer actively track the package using this tracking number. It is not uncommon for your postal services to hold the package for various reasons. In such cases, you will need to contact your postal service to complete delivery. Otherwise, the package will be returned to sender after a week or two.

Returns

KMS² offers a 30‑day return policy on all products.  
All returns must include the original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless KMS² is at fault, such as in cases of a confirmed defect or a shipping error.

For international orders, international or premium shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to an error by KMS².

You must contact us to receive approval before returning any item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund. If the item shows damage due to mishandling, installation, or improper packaging during return transit, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee.

Note: A restocking fee will only be charged in cases where the product was clearly abused and not returned in good faith. Put simply, we understand an installed product won’t come back perfect, but if it is clear that the item was broken due to negligence, this fee may apply.

EU Buyers – Right of Withdrawal (14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period)
If you are located in the European Union, you have a 14‑day statutory right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. This right allows you to withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you may use the withdrawal button or form provided on our website. After submitting your withdrawal request, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

Return shipping costs for EU withdrawal returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or KMS² is otherwise at fault. Refunds for withdrawal requests will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Special Order Item(s)

Although we strive to maintain inventory of every item we sell. With some items, this is not possible. In such cases, we offer items for special-order. When these items are ordered, they will be added to our next inventory order. Once we receive the item(s) they will be shipped from our Texas warehouse.

There will typically be a two-week lead time for all special orders. If the special-order items are combined with other in stock items, the full order will be placed on hold until all the items are ready for shipment.

Cancellation: If you would like to cancel your special order, within 72 hours, you can cancel “No Questions Asked” after 72 hours, there MAY be a 10% restocking fee. This will only apply in cases where the item has been ordered from our supplier. If the item(s) are out of stock at our supplier, then the order can be cancelled at any time until it has come in stock, and we have placed the order for the item(s)

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

Policy
All of our lighting products include a lifetime warranty for the original owner against manufacturer defects. Other products, such as power supplies and switches are warrantied for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase.

Cost
Warranty replacements will be zero cost for the first 12 months from date of purchase. After 12 months, the replacement is free. However, the shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

In order to file a warranty claim, we require your order number. Without this information we will be unable to fulfill your warranty request.

Process
If your light is already installed; do not remove it until requested to do so. Using our contact page; provide the requested information.

We will contact you at the provided email within one business day with instructions on the next steps. Our goal is to make this process as painless as possible. However, we will need to determine the cause of the failure to ensure our manufacturing process is maintaining the quality standards that we demand.
 
Note: Removal of the light prior to contacting us does not void the warranty. Often the issue isn't related to the LEDs and removal is unnecessary. LED failure due to defects is extremely rare with our lights.
